Terms & Conditions

By booking with Glittery Dreams Entertainment (“Glittery Dreams”, “we”, “our” or “us”), the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all private parties, corporate events, public events, festivals, workshops, performances, roaming/roving entertainment, glitter services and associated entertainment offerings provided by Glittery Dreams Entertainment.

1. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

A booking is confirmed once:

• The booking has been accepted by Glittery Dreams; and
• The required deposit or payment has been received.

All bookings are subject to entertainer availability.

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.

2. PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Remaining balances must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees or result in cancellation of services.

Where invoices remain unpaid after the event date, Glittery Dreams reserves the right to pursue debt recovery and associated recovery costs.

3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Private Events

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a one-time reschedule within 6 months, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Corporate, Public & Large Events

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may incur cancellation fees up to the full booking amount.
• Custom-prepared services, staffing, administration and pre-event planning costs are non-refundable.

All rescheduled bookings are subject to entertainer availability.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

Glittery Dreams shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• severe weather
• floods
• fires
• transport disruptions
• power outages
• illness or injury
• government restrictions
• venue closures
• pandemics
• public safety incidents
• strikes or emergencies

Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule services.

5. WEATHER & OUTDOOR EVENTS

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing:

• adequate shade
• weather protection
• safe and dry working conditions
• suitable surfaces
• reasonable shelter where required

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to modify, pause or cancel parts of the service where weather or environmental conditions are deemed unsafe for performers, guests or equipment.

No refunds will be provided where services are impacted due to unsafe outdoor conditions beyond our control.

Certain services including bubble activities, electronic equipment and glitter stations may not operate safely in wet, windy or extreme weather conditions.

6. EVENT DELAYS & OVERTIME

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event schedule allows adequate time for performances and services.

Delays caused by:

• late guest arrival
• venue delays
• access issues
• scheduling changes
• client requests
  may reduce performance time.

Additional time requested on-site may incur overtime fees.

Where entertainers are required to wait beyond agreed booking times, additional charges may apply.

7. VENUE ACCESS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• safe venue access
• adequate performance space
• appropriate supervision of children
• suitable parking/loading access
• required permits or approvals
• access to power where necessary
• compliance with venue regulations

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to refuse performance where conditions are unsafe, inappropriate or inaccessible.

8. CHILD SUPERVISION

Parents, guardians and supervising adults remain responsible for supervising children at all times during the event.

Glittery Dreams entertainers are not child carers or babysitters.

Unsafe, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in modification or early termination of services without refund.

9. PERFORMER SAFETY & BEHAVIOUR

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated or unsafe behaviour toward performers, staff or guests will not be tolerated.

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to immediately cease services where performers feel unsafe.

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

10. PERFORMER SUBSTITUTION

While every effort is made to provide requested entertainers, Glittery Dreams reserves the right to substitute performers with suitably qualified entertainers where necessary due to illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts or operational requirements.

11. FACE PAINT, GLITTER & COSMETIC SERVICES

Clients acknowledge that face paint, glitter products, adhesives and cosmetic materials may cause reactions in sensitive individuals.

While Glittery Dreams uses professional-grade products where possible, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

Clients are responsible for informing entertainers of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to application.

Entertainers reserve the right to refuse application where skin conditions, allergies or hygiene concerns are present.

Children must remain reasonably still during cosmetic applications.

12. EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY DAMAGE

Clients may be held responsible for damage caused to:

• equipment
• props
• costumes
• sound systems
• workshop materials
• glitter stations
• bubble machines
  or other supplied items where damage results from negligence, misuse or unsafe behaviour.

13. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Glittery Dreams may photograph or record portions of events for promotional and marketing purposes.

Clients may notify us prior to the event if they do not wish images featuring their guests or children to be used.

Clients and guests may take photos or videos for personal use only.

Commercial reproduction, resale, distribution, AI replication, promotional use or reproduction of performances, workshops, routines or entertainment content without written permission is prohibited.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All performances, workshop structures, scripts, routines, creative concepts, activities, training materials, branding and entertainment formats remain the intellectual property of Glittery Dreams Entertainment.

No part of our services may be copied, recreated, taught, reproduced or commercially exploited without written consent.

15. PUBLIC LIABILITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Glittery Dreams maintains appropriate public liability insurance where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glittery Dreams shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss
• personal property damage
• guest behaviour
• venue-related incidents
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Liability is limited to the value of the services booked except where prohibited under Australian Consumer Law.

16. ROAMING/ROVING ENTERTAINMENT

For roaming/roving entertainment services, performers will move throughout the venue at their discretion and subject to crowd flow, venue conditions and guest engagement.

Glittery Dreams cannot guarantee interaction with every guest.

17. WORKSHOPS & PARTICIPATION ACTIVITIES

Workshop participants are responsible for following entertainer instructions and using materials appropriately.

Glittery Dreams is not responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse of workshop materials or failure to follow instructions.

18. TRAVEL & PARKING

Additional travel, accommodation, toll or parking fees may apply for events outside standard service areas or where venue access incurs additional costs.

These costs will be communicated where possible prior to the event.

19. MARKETING & ADVERTISING MATERIAL

Any promotional use of Glittery Dreams branding, logos, performer names or images by clients, venues or third parties must be approved in writing.

20. MEDIA RELEASES & SCHOOL / COMMUNITY EVENTS

For school, council, childcare, community and public events, the client is responsible for obtaining any required permissions or media consents from participants, parents or guardians where photography or filming is permitted.

Glittery Dreams will comply with venue or organisation photography policies where communicated prior to the event.

21. MEALS & BREAKS FOR EXTENDED BOOKINGS

For bookings exceeding 4 consecutive hours, Glittery Dreams reserves the right to take reasonable short breaks.

For full-day events or extended corporate bookings, the client may be required to provide access to water, reasonable break facilities and/or meals for performers where appropriate.

22. EXCLUSIVE ENTERTAINMENT & VENDOR CONDITIONS

Where Glittery Dreams is engaged as an exclusive entertainment provider for a specific service category, the client agrees not to introduce competing entertainers or duplicate services within the same event area without prior discussion.

This clause applies only where exclusivity has been agreed in writing.

23. CROWD CONTROL & ROAMING/ROVING PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS

For roaming/roving entertainment services including roaming/roving magic, character entertainment and interactive performances, the client is responsible for ensuring a reasonably safe environment for performers to move throughout the venue.

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to avoid areas or guests where:

• behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate
• crowd density creates safety concerns
• intoxication levels are excessive
• venue conditions restrict safe performance

Performers may adjust roaming/roving patterns at their discretion for safety and event flow.

24. FESTIVAL, MARKET & PUBLIC EVENT POWER REQUIREMENTS

For festivals, public activations and outdoor events requiring powered equipment, the client is responsible for supplying safe and accessible power sources unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Glittery Dreams is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• power failure
• inadequate generators
• venue electrical issues
• environmental conditions affecting equipment

25. MULTILINGUAL & CULTURAL PERFORMANCES

Where performances include multilingual, cultural or themed content, Glittery Dreams will make reasonable efforts to deliver services authentically and respectfully.

The client acknowledges that audience participation, translations and cultural references may vary depending on performer availability and audience engagement.

26. HARASSMENT & SAFE WORKPLACE POLICY

Glittery Dreams is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment for entertainers, staff and guests.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct toward performers or staff will not be tolerated.

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to immediately cease services where behaviour breaches this policy.

No refunds will apply in such circumstances.

27. INFLUENCERS, CONTENT CREATORS & COMMERCIAL FILMING

Content creators, influencers, media teams or commercial videographers attending events may not use Glittery Dreams performances, branding or entertainers for monetised, sponsored or commercial content without prior written consent.

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to request removal of content that:

• misrepresents services
• damages reputation
• infringes intellectual property
• uses performer likenesses without permission

28. AI, DIGITAL REPRODUCTION & LIKENESS PROTECTION

Clients and third parties may not use recordings, images, voice recordings or performance footage from Glittery Dreams services for:

• AI training
• voice cloning
• deepfake generation
• digital replication
• synthetic media creation
  without written consent.

All performer likenesses, characters, branding and creative identities remain protected intellectual property.

29. EVENT RECORDING & LIVE STREAMING

Live streaming, broadcast recording or commercial filming of performances must be approved in writing prior to the event.

Glittery Dreams reserves the right to restrict recording of proprietary routines, workshop content or performance material.

30. EVENT SETUP & PACK DOWN ACCESS

Clients must provide reasonable access for setup and pack down within agreed timeframes.

Where access is delayed due to venue restrictions, elevators, loading docks, security processes or event scheduling, Glittery Dreams is not responsible for reduced service time.

Additional labour or waiting charges may apply where delays significantly impact operations.

31. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC AUDIENCE RESPONSE

Glittery Dreams provides interactive entertainment experiences; however, individual guest participation, reactions and engagement levels may vary.

No guarantee is made regarding:

• audience reactions
• viral/social media outcomes
• specific emotional responses
• participation levels
• event attendance outcomes

32. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Where Glittery Dreams coordinates or recommends third-party suppliers, vendors or venues, those providers remain independently responsible for their own services, insurance and operations.

Glittery Dreams accepts no liability for third-party supplier performance or disputes.

33. AMENDMENTS TO SERVICES

Any changes to event details, timings, guest numbers, locations or booked services should be communicated as early as possible.

Additional fees may apply where amendments significantly alter staffing, preparation, logistics or operational requirements.

34. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising in relation to services provided by Glittery Dreams Entertainment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, together with any written quotation or invoice provided by Glittery Dreams, form the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior discussions or representations unless confirmed in writing.

36. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Payment of a deposit, invoice or confirmation of booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
